STRENGTH Training

Haven't trained for strength specifically in awhile, so...

Handstand Pushup
/5x5

Hack Squat
32kg/5 x 4

Weighted Pullup
24kg/3 x 3

Snatch
32kg/5/5 x 4

Hanging Leg Raise
/3 x 3

Kettlebell Bench Press
24kg/6 x 4

Followed this with a contrast shower and eggplant rollitini, MMMM...;)
