Sunday and Monday Training...

I have been training everyday, just not blogging it...kinda busy with some stuff;) Here's my training for Sunday and Monday:

Sunday:
30 x Handstand Pushups
40 x Ring L-Pullups
50 x 24kg Swings
60 x Situps
70 x Pushups
70 x Squats
All done for time...but I forgot to look at the stopwatch when I finished. I think it still might be running...

Monday:
AM - Row 3k, Run 1 Mile
PM - Bouldering at NJ Rock Gym. Samantha completed her project from two weeks ago. She's small, and the problem was really reachy, so she had to figure out ways to make it work for her. She completed it at the end of the night, when she was extremely fatigued. Great job:)
I found a new project to work on...a V5 crimpy, power, pumpy, beautiful problem. I think my fatigue played a huge roll in me not completing it, but next time its getting ticked off the list for sure.
